Your account

• You need an invite from a family member to join a family group.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Children under 13 should only use Fam Jam with a parent's permission.

Be kind

Fam Jam is for family plans. Don't post anything illegal, hateful or hurtful, don't pretend to be someone else, and don't try to break or misuse the app. We may remove content or accounts that do.

What you add

Plans, comments and anything else you add stay yours. You let Fam Jam store them and show them to your family group so the app can work. How we handle your information is covered in the privacy policy.

Places and maps

Place search, maps and directions come from Google Maps, and using them means also agreeing to Google Maps' terms.

No guarantees

Fam Jam is a family project offered as is. We do our best to keep it running and your plans accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Double-check anything important, like times and places. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using Fam Jam.

Changes and leaving

We may update these terms or the app, or shut it down, and we'll give the family notice when we can. You can stop using Fam Jam at any time; to delete your account, email benjamineliason@gmail.com.
